Privacy Policy
How Car Visualizer handles vehicle photos, generated concepts and technical data.
Last updated: 2026-09-12
What this policy covers
Car Visualizer lets you upload a vehicle photo and, for some tools, a reference image to create an illustrative modification concept. You can use the public tools without a public profile or gallery.
Images and render data
We process the uploaded vehicle photo, any required reference image, selected options and technical render status. Images may be sent to the configured image-processing provider solely for the requested edit and quality review.
Render jobs and outputs are private to the anonymous browser session that created them. Access expires after seven days. Expired records are removed when the service next performs its cleanup; inactive installations may retain expired records until that cleanup runs. You can delete an available output earlier from the result controls. Results are not published in a gallery or submitted for search indexing. Image-processing providers apply their own retention policies, which may differ from these application controls.
Technical information and use
We may process limited request information needed to operate and protect the service, including timestamps, browser request headers, error details and abuse-prevention signals. Essential browser storage associates your session with private render jobs. We use this information to provide progress and results, recover interrupted jobs, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, investigate errors and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.
Providers, choices and changes
We share data only with infrastructure and image-processing providers needed for the requested feature, or when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users. Do not upload an image unless you have the right to use it and consent to this processing. You may delete an available render through the tool. Clearing site storage may remove your ability to retrieve an anonymous job. We may update this policy as the product or providers change; the date above identifies the current version.
